The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” has become a reality show hit due to the dramatic situations played over national television. The public statement may reflect the estranged couple’s current stance and goal of an amicable divorce process. Reports of the couple’s previous interactions during the divorce process were more acrimonious than amicable. During the past two months, the couple faced public reports of abuse and child custody disputes. The public reports were reinforced through emergency child custody orders and public allegations of both verbal and physical abuse between the estranged couple.

The terms of the settlement agreement for the estranged couple’s divorce has not been publically released. The finalization of the divorce will end the couple’s 10-year marriage and should provide for a child custody agreement for their three minor children. In addition to child custody terms, the divorce settlement will relate to the division of the couple’s sizeable assets. In many divorce, especially high-asset divorces, the allocation of the couple’s financial arraignments are an essential part of the settlement process.
